All-Girls Baseball
Interest has grown so much for an all Girls baseball league in Ottawa that most Ottawa Little Leagues are now offering Girls only teams. In 2019, Glebe Little League joined Ottawa West, South Ottawa, East Nepean, Orleans and Kanata Little Leagues for an all girls summer baseball program, and did so for subsequent years. In 2023, GLL was very excited to field 3 Girls teams - one each in Rookies, Minors and Majors. This development is evidence of the growing interest in Girls Baseball and is a promising indication of what's to come!
Please note that GLL's 2024 Registration is now CLOSED.
If your child wishes to play on a Girls Baseball team, please contact Camielle Edwards to be placed on the GLL waitlist or for options to play on other league teams.

Girls do not have to register for a co-ed team in order to be part of a Girls League team. As always, girls are welcome and encouraged to play in GLL's co-ed program in addition to the girls baseball program.
Please note that if we don’t have enough players registered to form a Glebe team at a specific age level, we will work with other local associations to have players join one of their girls teams or the players will have the option to transfer into the GLL coed program at their division. Our goal is to get as many girls playing baseball as possible.
