Spring Season Overview
Most divisions will run from May to June, including playoffs, with varied game and practice times. However, the Girls Baseball program will run every Sunday from May 11 (weather permitting) to July 13, with playoffs beginning the week of July 20. T-Ball and Rookie will have one session a week, from May to June.Registration

Equipment
Gloves are mandatory while cleats are recommended, especially at older levels. Bats, helmets, and catching gear will be made available at every game, but players are also welcome to bring their own equipment. Certain bat types may be restricted; please consult with your coach.Volunteers
We need volunteers to have a successful season. A nominal allowance will be provided for these key positions:Board Member: Help us to run the league. This year, we are looking for: Treasurer, Umpire Scheduler, Player Agent, Summer Ball Lead, Fall Ball Lead, and Winter Ball Lead.
Head Coach: Help us create a fun and inclusive environment for our players. You ensure that our teams are focused on fundamentals, fair play, and fun.
Convener: Help us ensure our season runs smoothly. You will be responsible for one division/age-group, and be a key point of contact for coaches to ensure they have what they need and to manage any escalations from parents.

T-Ball, one of
- Brantwood Park 1: Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Brantwood Park 1: Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
- Manor Park: Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Manor Park: Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Rookie, one of
- Brantwood Park 2: Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Brantwood Park 2: Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

- Home fields: Lansdowne (Sylvia Holden), Eastvale, and Appleford
- Two games each week, one practice each week
- Rainout and makeup games on weekends

Major

- One game each week, 6:00 p.m. start time

Sort-Outs for Co-ed Minor, Major, and Junior
Sort-outs are used in the co-ed Minor, Major, and Junior divisions to determine player placements on National- and Canadian-level teams and ensure competitive balance. They do not affect your ability to register for the Minor, Major, and Junior divisions, which are based on age.Refund Policy
Glebe Little League refund policy is:- Registration until six weeks before program start: 100% refund
- Between four and six weeks before program start: 100%, less $25.00 administration fee
- Between one month and one week before program start: 50% refund
- Less than one week before program start: 0% refund
