Being a Baseball Coach for GLL

Win or lose, we believe that good baseball coaching is one of the key ingredients for a good baseball experience for our players.

Glebe Little League is trying to find and develop the best baseball coaches. If you have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and you are willing to learn and improve, we want to hear from you.

We need many baseball coaches for our spring season. If you have never coached baseball before, we will let you know about baseball coaching seminars that you can attend prior to the start of the spring baseball season. Glebe Little League will also organize some baseball coaching events prior to and during the baseball season to allow our baseball coaches to meet and exchange ideas about their baseball coaching experience. We will also schedule joint practices where new coaches bring their team to practices organised and run by experienced coaches – part of our train the trainer program. 

If you are a new baseball coach with Glebe Little League, we will do our best to provide you with support and advice.
