Glebe Little League’s (GLL) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, November 23rd from 7:00-9:00PM at the St Laurent Complex (Spring & Summer Rooms). During the meeting, Executive members will provide updates on our 2017 programs and the results achieved, as well as a preview of plans for 2018.

All positions are open for election if there are new nominees. However, there are specific positions that have vacancies. Please consider volunteering to fill one of these roles:

  • Convenor(s) (gaps at some levels for 2018 – help sort out and manage divisions)
  • Sponsorship (help lead our efforts to promote the league)
  • Volunteer Coordinator (work with our dozens of volunteers to ensure we properly leverage resources)
  • Uniform Coordinator (take stock of what we have and help lead the replacement process)
  • Field Manager (ensuring fields are maintained and supplies/field equipment are in the bunkers at each diamond)
  • Equipment Manager (Responsible for purchase and maintenance of all GLL Equipment)
  • Safety Officer (ensuring all volunteers have completed police record checks and coaches have first aid kits)
  • Ump Scheduler (help coordinate our growing number of umpires for all levels)

All members of our GLL community (parents, players, coaches and volunteers) are invited to attend.  The agenda is as follows:

  • Approval of the agenda and minutes of the previous AGM
  • Reports from the President and Executive members
  • Presentation of financial statements
  • Election of the Executive Committee
  • Other business
